AI implementation and automation
I build AI around the way your business already works, so the busywork and admin happen in the background and you can spend your time on the work that grows the business.
human in the front, AI in the back

One piece at a time, built around your business
Each piece goes into daily use before the next one starts, so you feel the difference early.
- 1
Map how you work today
We look at your processes, your tools and where the hours actually go, before anything gets built.
- 2
Build the first piece
We put AI behind the part that wastes the most time, tested with your own data, inside the tools you already use.
- 3
Keep improving
Once the first piece is running we move on to the next, and adjust as your business changes.
Nothing sends on its own. Everything is drafted for you or your team to check and approve.
How my own surf club runs rentals and storage on its own
Bondi Surf Sistersis the women's surf community I co-founded in Bondi. Next to the community, we rent out surfboards and store them in a garage less than 100 metres from the beach.
Nobody stands at that garage. I built the whole setup so customers book, pay, get access and sort out their rack themselves, while we spend our time in the water with the community.

Surfboard rental
- 1Book a board or wetsuit online, any time of day
- 2Payment is taken at checkout
- 3Pickup instructions and a personal access key arrive by email
- 4Grab the board from the garage and paddle out
Surfboard storage
- 1Pick a plan and pay online
- 2An account is created automatically, with a personal setup link by email
- 3Add the board's details and a photo, and sign the waiver
- 4The right rack is assigned on the spot, based on the board's length
- 5Monthly billing, reminders and cancellations run on their own
What runs in the background
no spreadsheets, no chasing
Each customer logs in to see their plan, their rack and their details.
One admin screen shows every rack, who is in it and on which plan.
Every purchase tags the customer and sends the right welcome email.
Club members show a live card at partner shops, and a screenshot doesn't work.
Not a surf club? The same approach works for bookings, onboarding, follow-ups, invoicing and admin in any small business. I map how it runs today, then build the part that wastes the most time first.
What would you hand over first?
Tell me the task you would most like to stop doing yourself. I'll come back with how I would build it and what it would take.
